Alves Bandeira's Team Building events were the latest endomarketing initiatives promoted by the 100% national brand for its more than 500 employees.

Over three weekends, one for each geographical region of the country (north, center, and south), employees attending each edition had the opportunity to participate in a series of activities that aimed at strengthening friendship and team spirit.

The first edition took place in the village of Côja, Coimbra district, the second was held in Pousos, in the municipality of Leiria, and the third  edition was carried out in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia.

In all the Team Building actions, employees not only took part in various activities such as treasure hunts, nature walks, canoeing, archery, laser tag, tree climbing, or even a cruise on the Douro River but also enjoyed a traditional lunch-gathering, always a moment marked by lots of fun and good spirits.

The Team Building activities, such as the AB Meeting, the Annual Employee Gathering, the Christmas Dinner, and other actions carried out throughout the year, are essential to promote knowledge and internal communication, aswell as to strengthen teamwork, cooperation, trust, and the company's culture.
